The hotel is in a perfect location. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and updated and the price was very reasonable.

My fiancé and I stayed at Inn at Morro Bay this past Valentine’s Day weekend, and we just had to share what a wonderful experience we had. The property itself smells amazing thanks to the eucalyptus trees, which made the whole stay feel extra relaxing. There are several beautiful hiking trails nearby along the water, which made for a perfect romantic getaway. Our room was cozy and had a great porch door that let in a nice, refreshing breeze. Even though we checked in late on Friday, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping and front desk staff were all so kind and welcoming we truly felt taken care of throughout our stay. Overall, it was such a great experience. This is definitely going to be our go-to spot every time we visit Morro Bay. We’re very thankful and can’t wait to come back!

Cleanest Inn Ever! Immaculate retro Motel/Inn with reasonable prices and owner/operator run who is very friendly, sincere and helpful....it is like going for a visit @ Grammas house. Very refreshing to find this place after a month plus on the road and so many dissappointing stays @ large chain to smaller Inns. Thankyou Anne!

The staff is always so sweet and professional, the views and small trails right next to the hotel are really nice to explore. I had an issue with insects in my bathroom this last time but I would still go back despite the bug issue. Also their restaurants food smells and tastes really good.

Whether or not your coastal getaway involves the adjacent Black Hill golf course, this hotel gives the full Morro Bay experience without the bustle of being IN the tourist-shop district. House restaurant has nice views and a solid food+drink lineup. The ocean-view rooms are worth the upgrade. Furnishings are a touch rustic, which could be seen as part of the charm.

We enjoyed our stay and loved how dog friendly and clean everything was. The restaurant has great food and Tracey and Cindy made our time enjoyable. Fun vibe and yummy drinks. Next time when it’s not raining we’ll rent the bikes and enjoy more of town.

The Inn at Morro Bay is a hidden gem! We enjoy coming here at Christmas because it is mid-way between Reno & San Diego so perfect for a family reunion. The Inn welcomes dogs and that is a big plus for us. The Morro Bay Dog Beach is amazing and a must for early morning runs. The rooms and staff at the Inn are great and we appreciated the restaurant being open Christmas Eve & Day. Thank you for a delightful dog-friendly holiday!

Cute old hotel. Great rates. Housekeeping could be a little more diligent. The little heater was gross. Easy fix. The door and door jam were dirty, a magic eraser and 15 seconds could fix that. The food in the restaurant was very good. Great location. Very quiet. Comfortable bed.
