What Guests Have to Say about Our Waterfront Paradise

Wife and I stopped here for a night and it did not disappoint. We stayed in an incredible room in building 400 with a king bed, nice bathroom, massive balcony and AMAZING view of the harbor & Morro Bay Rock. We ate dinner at the restaurant with another amazing view. Good food and good drinks. Everything in Morro Bay is so close to this hotel but this hotel is nicely secluded and quiet. On our trip we drove to the rock, walked around downtown and kayaked in the bay. All close to this inn.

Views on the shared deck were amazing. They're super great with the pups to treats in the lobby as well as tea coffee n coco. the trail into the park is right there and a nesting sanctuary. A bird watcher on the deck this morning showed me a bald eagle through her scope it was awesome way to soften leaving. The restraunt on site has a great deck for bringing the fur baby. The freaking scalloped potatoes were so good so was the jambalaya!! Prime rib Sunday dinner topped with an excellent apple cobbler all crispy edges with the vanilla ice cream. We had a great 4th weekend in Morro Bay.

6-5 to 6-2026 We stayed in a bay view room. Absolutely wonderful. The room is a bit dated and has no air-conditioning. Very quiet, only sound of the surf. Close to the tourist area but far enough away for peace and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Shower big enough for 2 people. The view is awesome; a large part of the bay and all the rock is visible. Staff were all friendly. We are looking forward to returning.

relatively nice and clean room with a very soft bed. my room was next to a utility room where the machine went off both nights at 2am which was the only glitch in a nice stay. great location, about 20 minutes walk from the embarcadero, beautiful view from the lounge.

Had breakfast at the inn. We had eggs Benedict and biscuits and gravy. It was delicious and not busy at all.

Fabulous and dog friendly

I love staying at the Inn at Morro Bay! It's one of my go-to places whenever I visit. The ocean view rooms are the best, and I really enjoy the nearby walking trails. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the rooms are always comfortable (I’ve stayed in several over the years). The front desk staff is consistently friendly and helpful. It’s also such a bonus to have a great restaurant right on property, makes the whole stay even more relaxing. Plus it's dog friendly!

Everyone very nice. Excellent service and what a view of the Harbor, Sunset and the Morro Rock.
